Blake Street House Nears Completion
The Blake Street House Social and Wellness Club is nearing completion in Bentonville, Arkansas. This was an exciting project with Hufft and RopeSwing Hospitality Group. Check out some current site photos!

PMA Creates Shipping Container Bank
PMA helped create a new banking facility in Trenton, MO utilizing Intermodal Steel Building Units (shipping containers). The bank is comprised of five ISBU modules and was completely prefabricated, including all interiors. The modules were hauled to the site via highway trucking and quickly re-assembled and connected to local utilities.
PMA Travels the Distance to Ensure Quality
PMA Engineering traveled out to Phoenix, AZ this week to tour the Digital Building Components (DBC) plant which will be fabricating wall panels for the new AC Kierland Hotel PMA is designing.
Carriage Hill Independent Living Moves Forward
The Carriage Hill Independent Living Community in Richmond, VA, continues to make progress. In the forefront of the photo, balcony framing and window installation is being wrapped up. At the rear, sheathing is getting applied to the prefabricated wood roof trusses, and at the core of the building, third floor framing continues. Check out the

Congrats to St. Teresa’s, JE Dunn, Gould Evans and the rest of the design and construction team on the completion of renovations at the Goppert Learning Commons. It was a great team to work with again.
Bentonville Flight Center Set to Open
The Bentonville Flight Center is only a few months away from opening to the public! The foundations for the exterior boardwalk are being installed as the main structure has received glazing and stone veneer.
Steel Arrives in Ankeny
In seeming celebration of the arrival of spring, the steel for the new B&B Theater and Bowling Alley in Ankeny, IA popped out of the ground last week. The fast-paced erection schedule means those cranes are going to be really busy for the next couple of months!
