Another Bright Idea!!
PMA has been blessed with the addition of four new engineers this summer. Frank Smith was awarded the “Light Bulb” award for his great idea to host several in-house group mentoring sessions for these new engineers to help them get up to speed at the same time. Olathe Library Grand Opening
The Olathe Downtown Library officially opened on Saturday, April 29, 2023!! The Grand Opening was a huge success with a flag ceremony, ribbon cutting, live music, and many activities for children. The new library had been months-in-the waiting, and the community couldn’t have been more pleased with the beauty of this great, modern, light-infused space!

Another Lightbulb Award Just Dropped
Our latest Lightbulb Award goes to Valerie Baehr for her continued efforts toward expanding PMA Engineering’s and her own knowledge base. Her attendance at the Conproco workshop, in March, adds to her experience with renovation of historic and proprietary systems including clay tile arch floors, gypsum roof systems, historic stone, brick and terra cotta facades.
