Hydro Blasting – A New Method of Demolition
As our infrastructure ages, PMA Engineering is actively involved in the renovation and restoration of both buildings and parking structures. This short video shows the removal of deteriorated concrete from a local parking garage using hydro demolition, an alternative to traditional jackhammer removal. Progress is being made at the Altitude 970 apartment complex in Kansas City, Missouri. There are post-tensioned slabs, basement wall reinforcing, stair towers all going up and the Clubhouse is almost weather tight!
