PMA adopted some families again this year for the holidays! The Parents as Teachers Program, at the Center School District, is a free organization that helps children and parents from birth to school age with child development. Congratulations to one of our youngest engineers, Thomas Adams!  He was married to Erin Howard on Saturday, October 14, 2017.  They exchanged vows in here in Kansas City, followed by a reception at the historic Screenland Armour Loft.  The couple then headed to Northern California for their honeymoon.  

The Boy Scouts held their annual Heart of America Council Sporting Clays Classic this past weekend. There was a reception and auction held on Friday night at the Johnson County Arts & Heritage Center in Overland Park, Kansas. The Sporting Clay Tournament was held on Saturday. All the proceeds go toward the mission of leadership

On Saturday, August 26th 2017, PMA Engineering proudly supported Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Kansas City at the 3rd annual RISE Rooftop Crawl in the Crossroads.  It’s a lot of fun, with silly photo opportunities, for a great cause!

PMA Engineering would like to thank our summer interns for all of their hard work as well as their sense of humor as shown on their cartoons they made of themselves.  We wish both Gaby and Leah the best of luck with their studies this year at K-State.

Jeff and his son, Mason, are at Florida National High Adventure Sea Base, Boy Scouts of America. It’s a Scouting program in the Florida Keys offering everything from sailing to scuba diving, fishing, and even camping on an undeveloped barrier island. Learn more about High Adventure Sea Base here

The first picture allows one to see Jeff Patterson. The second picture shows everything around him. Can you guess? He’s down inside the storm sewer system of Quivira 95th shopping center. Not the most appealing of places to be!

This month for birthdays, PMA went to Hopcat located at 401 Westport Road.  PMA Engineering did the structural engineering design for this project.
