Bentonville Flight Center Set to Open
The Bentonville Flight Center is only a few months away from opening to the public! The foundations for the exterior boardwalk are being installed as the main structure has received glazing and stone veneer.
Steel Arrives in Ankeny
In seeming celebration of the arrival of spring, the steel for the new B&B Theater and Bowling Alley in Ankeny, IA popped out of the ground last week. The fast-paced erection schedule means those cranes are going to be really busy for the next couple of months!

Rammed Aggregate Piers at 19th & Main
Construction is underway for the newest building at Corrigan Station in the Crossroads. Installation of vibratory stone columns (rammed aggregate piers) by Helitech wrapped up this week. These piers took us from a soil bearing pressure of 2000 psf to 5000 psf.

Legends HomeGoods Expansion
Expansion for the new HomeGoods store is well underway at the Legends Outlets in Kansas City, Kansas. The monster moment frame, and consequent base plate and anchor rods do not seem so monstrous when considering it is replacing an existing tilt-up concrete shearwall.
