PMA adopted children through the Parents as Teachers Program (PAT) at the Center School District. PAT is a free organization that helps children and parents from birth through school age with child development. Without help, many of these kids would not receive gifts on Christmas.
In the past, PMA has always made this a fun event by have a gift-wrapping party, with lunch and music. This year things had to be handled differently because of Covid. We weren’t able to wrap the presents, but we did have a socially distanced lunch and an Ugly Christmas Sweater Contest. As you can see, Vanessa Petersen won first place!
