PMA Engineering’s parking garage expertise is being put to the test on a local parking garage. Many years of deferred maintenance have led to a significant renovation effort, some resulting in full depth repair of the concrete slab as shown. The second photo shows a portion of the new slab that, with the proper corrosion protection and a traffic membrane, will extend the life of this garage for many years to come.
