Our interns have been hard at work, both in and out of the office, this summer. We hope they’re having fun going on site visits, getting their shoes dirty, and learning what can’t be taught in a classroom.
On one of their outings, Amy Brown and Madeline Jonscher accompanied Chase Watkins on a site visit to one of our projects in North Kansas City. The Contractor was placing concrete footings during this site visit. The heat was on, but our engineers kept their cool!
For a little fun, and a great way to learn the city, PMA Interns ventured out of the office to discover and appreciate the many attractions Kansas City has to offer. They participated in a scavenger hunt hosted by the Center for Architecture & Design and attended KC 101, sponsored by Team KC at Children’s Mercy Park!
