The Carriage Hill Independent Living Community in Richmond, VA, continues to make progress. In the forefront of the photo, balcony framing and window installation is being wrapped up. At the rear, sheathing is getting applied to the prefabricated wood roof trusses, and at the core of the building, third floor framing continues.
